So many districts have adopted Google Workspace for EDU and Chromebooks, they've learned the tools, but struggle with the integration and instructional pieces.

I am a Google Certified Trainer and Innovator who has traveled nationwide to provide training sessions on Google Workspace for EDU , Chromebooks, and web-based resources. I have presented at ISTE with the Google EDU Team, as well as with other incredible educators throughout the country.

I was an early adopter of the Haiku Learning Management System 5 years ago and I have continued introducing Haiku to districts that are going 1:1. An LMS is an integral piece to going 1:1. Haiku just launched a Certified Trainer Program and I was fortunate enough to get into the program and become certified!

I have participated in hundreds of Google Meets and webinars with schools districts across the world. I have worked closely with the Google EDU Team to offer my experiences of going 1:1 with Chromebooks and Google Workspace for EDU. I have been able to consult districts on what may be the best device for them, as well as what the adoption of Google Workspace for EDU will do for their district.

As a former social studies teacher at the secondary level for 18 years, I know what teachers go through day-to day in their classrooms. Now as a Coordinator of Instructional Technology for a school district with 25 schools, I have been able to assess the needs of our teachers and students and provide them with the technological tools they need to increase their exposure and accessibility to resources they hadn't had before! Also, being a Google Certified Trainer and Teacher has allowed me to work with incredible educators across the world and provide trainings for districts who are looking to change the way that they do things educationally.
